FAQ - Animal Photography Sessions
Your most frequently asked questions
01
How does a wildlife photography session take place?
Our photography sessions always start with a preliminary consultation, either by phone or in person, to discuss your wishes and practical details (animals involved, locations, etc.). On the day of the session, we will meet at the agreed location and spend a stress-free time, capturing natural images of your pet in their environment. We make sure to take the time necessary for your pet to feel comfortable and relaxed.
03
Does my pet need to know how to pose for photos?
Not at all. Our approach is to capture the true essence of your pet in a natural setting. Your pet does not need to be trained to follow complex posing instructions. We work with patience and tact to get the best shots by capturing spontaneous moments.
05
How do I prepare my pet for the session?
Make sure your pet is well rested and has used up some energy before the session. A calm but not overly tired pet is ideal. Also, consider bringing their favorite toys or treats to attract their attention during the session.
02
Where do the photoshoots take place?
Sessions can take place in a variety of locations, as long as they are safe for the animal and conducive to beautiful photographs. This can include your home, local parks, forests, or any other specific location you have in mind. We are also happy to suggest locations if you are looking for ideas.
04
How long does a session last?
The length of a session varies but is usually between 1-2 hours. This depends on the number of animals involved and the locations chosen for the shots. We never rush a session; it is important to us to take the time necessary to capture images that you will love.
06
When can I expect to receive the photos?
Delivery time for final images may vary, but you can generally expect to receive your photos within 1-2 weeks after the session depending on the number of photos.
We take the time to carefully select and edit each image to ensure the highest quality.
